Hello and welcome to buildyourcomp.com. This site is dedicated to educating you on how to customize and create a desktop computer of your very own. We will discuss what purpose each component plays, and help you choose the correct one for you. We will also include tips on how to save money.
Most importantly, we will teach you how to form a fully functioning desktop out of the bare components. Our instructions are free! Enjoy.
As an overview, here is a list of components you will be working with. There are also assembly instructions. Simply click on them to learn about them (also available on the bar to the left).
We don't mean to overwhelm you with everything. Relax!! It's really quite simple once you get the hang of it. But everyone is bound to run into some trouble somewhere along the line, if so, feel free to submit a question in at our Help Desk. You do not need to register to submit questions.
